Sawgrass waste Ink Collector Unit for SG500 - SG1000 - SG400 - SG800

This waste ink collector unit is suitable for use in the following dye sublimation printers. 

Sawgrass Virtuoso SG400/SG500 & SG800/SG1000 dye sublimation printers.

It efficiently contains and removes excess ink that is created during the printing process.

It simply stores it in this box for you to dispose of safely.

NOTE: Your printer will notify you when the waste ink collection unit needs to be replaced.

Checking the waste ink level

You can check the waste ink level by looking at the icon that appears above the waste ink full indicator.

If the ink collector unit is almost full, the message “Ink Collector Almost Full” will appear on the display. Make sure you have a new ink collector on hand.

If the ink collector unit is full, the message “Ink Collector Unit Full/Replace Ink Collector Unit" will appear on the display.

At this point, replace the ink collector unit.
