Order processing time

We understand that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible and as a result, we aim to despatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours.

Due to our effective stock handling and inventory management procedures, we have stock of most products with minimal back orders and interruptions. 

Rest assured that when you place an order with us, we will process it as fast as possible so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

Shipping method

We use couriers to deliver items ordered from us to provide extremely fast delivery times at affordable prices to our customers. 

Depending on the delivery address, we will try to use a courier where possible. In some cases, we use Australia post standard and express options.

Once items are dispatched from us, we have no control over the delivery time frame. In almost all cases, items are delivered on or before time in the condition it left us.
