Orders

How do I order from you?
To order from us, simply click the green "Add to Cart" button on items you want to purchase from our website and continue through the whole checkout process with your contact, shipping and payment details. You will know if the order has gone through successfully when you receive an order confirmation email to the email address you used during the checkout process.
What do I do if I've received the wrong item?
If we have made a mistake on our order, contact us at info@walcargraphics.com.au regarding the issue, with pictures if applicable and we will assess further and provide a solution from there.

We recommend contacting us at info@walcargraphics.com.au prior to placing a pre-order as delivery dates may vary depending on the item.

Payment

Is your website secure?
Yes, our website and payment gateway is secure. You can always double check this by making sure there is a padlock symbol before the website URL in your URL bar at the top of any page on our site. If you hover over it, it will mention the security information. If you notice any discrepancy, please contact us prior to purchase at info@walcargraphics.com.au
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard debit and credit cards as well as PayPal secure checkout.
If I get a refund, when will my money be returned?
Once we process a refund, you should receive a notification of refund by email. After this, the payment may take 1 to 5 working days to appear back on the card you used to make a purchase. This timeframe is not in our control and is in the hands of our bank and payment gateway facility. If after a week you still don't see your monies in your account, please contact us at info@walcargraphics.com.au so we can escalate the issue ASAP.

Shipping

What delivery options do you offer
To make things simpler, we offer a $9 flat rate standard shipping rate and a $15 express shipping option.
When will you ship my order?
More than 90% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours. If there are any issues or delays we will notify you on the contact details you have provided during checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery timeframe will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the courier used at the time. Standard postage methods can take up to 2 weeks and express shipping options can take up to 1 week.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a tracking notification by email or text and you will be able to track your order from the link provided.
Does someone need to be there to sign for the delivery?
Since we mostly use couriers, we prefer if someone is there to sign for delivery however if you wish for the item to be left at an unattended premise, please mention this in the order notes. Remember that if you choose this option, we take no responsibility for the location of your parcel once we receive a delivered notification from the courier company.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do ship to PO boxes for your convenience. If you require this, please enter your PO Box details in the delivery information during checkout.
